NYC upscale apartment building get approved and will include affordable housing units!   ….but wait, tenants living in affordable housing must enter through the ‘POOR DOOR,’ a separate entrance

Under the Inclusionary Housing Program, for which the city approved Nextell’s application, larger properties are allowed to be built as long as they include a portion of affordable housing units. Yet, corporate giants have a talent for weaseling their way to achieving their vision by finding loopholes in contracts, legislation, policy or laws. Are you surprised?
